Job Description

Salary: $40,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support position (SaaS preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • *Bonus:* Basic understanding of programming or technical troubleshooting (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, SQL, APIs)
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers through email, chat, and phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and escalate to engineering when appropriate
  • Support the onboarding process for new users and help them navigate the MagicDoor platform
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of customer support documentation and FAQs
  • Identify recurring problems and relay insights to the product team for continuous improvement
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely responses to inquiries
