As of December 31, 2025, SAM managed over $1.7 trillion, with almost $700 billion in index strategies. SAM is adding a position to its existing two-year analyst rotational program that will expose the successful candidate to four segments of our index business: equity portfolio management, fixed income portfolio management, equity trading and capital markets, and fixed income trading and capital markets. The role will be embedded within each distinct team for six months, and the analyst will support automation, process enhancement, and research projects, with the potential to assist with each teams’ daily workflow. At the end of the two-year rotation, the candidate will be placed on one of the rotational teams based on business needs. The position will be based in Lone Tree, CO (Denver) or Westlake, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth), reporting to a Senior Portfolio Manager and supervised by senior members of the investment team. The candidate will regularly interact with members of our team across offices in San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, Jersey City, Westlake, and Naples, FL. The position will adhere to Schwab’s workplace policy requiring employees to work in the office / on-site four days per week.
