Mobile Equipment Specialist – EV Charging Projects

Our EV Division has delivered over one hundred Super Charger locations and thousands of Level 2 installs—and we’re growing.

The mission

Join a field team that travels the state Monday through Friday (home for the weekend) to prepare and build the civil foundations of EV charging sites. You’ll ensure machines are safe and ready, carve precise trenches, support conduit and pad installations, and step off the machine to keep the job moving.

Core responsibilities

• Travel within Florida weekly: depart Monday in a company vehicle; return Friday.
• Inspect, clean, and verify equipment readiness and safety daily.
• Operate excavators and skid steers for excavation and material handling.
• Assist ground crews with hand and power tools; contribute as a collaborative teammate.
• Uphold quality standards through equipment checks and site cleanliness.

Who you are

• Experienced heavy equipment operator (excavator, skid steer) with a team-first approach.
• Comfortable performing basic maintenance and quality checks; equipment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Holds a CDL Class A or B and a clean Driver’s License.
• Brings some labor/construction experience and a safety mindset.
• Resides in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, or Martin County.
• Drug-Free.
