Job Description Summary:
Provides security and safety services in all areas of the hospital, hospital properties and the hospital's off-campus sites as assigned. Creates and maintains a safe, secure environment for the hospital's patients, visitors, and staff through utilization of equipment and techniques that prevent weapons from being brought into OhioHealth facilities. Provides guidance, way-finding and other customer services functions as the initial point of contact for care site visitors. Responsibilities And Duties:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
BLS Certified. Computer skills, MSDS and safety knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be mentally and physically capable to successfully complete training for, participate in, and maintain Certification to operate weapons scanning equipment.
