Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Handle high call volumes from patients with benefit inquiries
Break down complex details like copays, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage and EOBs
Assist with claims processing as needed
Engage directly with both providers and members to ensure resolution
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Must bring recent commercial insurance experience
Solid background in explaining EOBs
2+ years of member-facing customer service experience in healthcare
