## Company Overview
We are looking for motivated Junior Developers to join our engineering team under a structured Shadow Development Model.
This approach allows junior developers to work on real-world software features while learning directly from experienced senior engineers.
Our goal is to help early-career developers gain practical experience in modern software development, architecture, and collaboration.
## Role Overview
As a Junior Developer in the Shadow Development Program, you will work alongside senior engineers to implement software features
in a parallel environment. You will build “shadow implementations” of real product features, allowing you to learn production-level
development practices without risking the stability of the live system.
You will receive mentorship, structured feedback, and hands-on experience with modern development tools and workflows.
## Responsibilities
• Develop shadow implementations of real product features
• Collaborate with senior developers and technical leads
• Follow coding standards and best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Write unit tests for developed features
• Continuously learn modern frameworks, tools, and design patterns
## Requirements
• 0–2 years of development experience OR strong personal projects
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar
• Understanding of Git version control
• Familiarity with APIs and web development concepts
• Strong willingness to learn and improve
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work remotely with distributed teams
## Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with React, Node.js, or Flutter
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Understanding of software architecture basics
• Contributions to open-source projects
