Job Description
Seeking English speaking and/or French speaking licensed U.S. attorneys for a fully remote class action claims role (not document review or eDiscovery) with a leading legal services team. Ideal candidates bring litigation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and an interest in complex claims (class action or mass tort experience is a plus but not required). **Must be able to work on a personal computer with a wired Ethernet connection, not WiFi.**

Responsibilities
About the Role The Class Action Claims Attorney role has re-opened, and we are immediately seeking attorneys to support a high-volume product liability class action and mass tort claims project.
Key Responsibilities - Analyze and review claimant documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare clear, detailed responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and counsel
- Field and resolve inbound telephone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Work within a project team under supervision of project leadership and coordinators
Candidate Groups Needed
We are actively hiring for two pools of attorneys: - English-speaking attorneys (3-month contract, high likelihood of extension)
- French-fluent attorneys (1-year contract, potential extension)
Skills
- Legal Analysis (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Customer Relations (2 years of experience is preferred)
- document review (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Litigation (preferred) (1 year of experience is preferred)
